Due to the changes we have made, you may have difficulty logging back into TheSchoolBus for the first time. If you do have an issue with logging in, we would recommend clearing your cookies from the Last 4 weeks. The process for doing this will depend on the browser you are using, but you’ll be able to clear your cookies via your browser’s settings. If clearing your cookies does not solve the issue, please do get in touch with us. For full optimization of our products, we recommend using Google Chrome.
Here is some guidance on clearing the cookies if using Google Chrome:
Please go to the 3 dots on the top right hand corner and select settings

Under 'privacy and security', you will see Clear Browsing Data
